The total purchase price is due upon signing the Purchase Agreement and Closing Statement except for Delinquent Owner (foreclosure) unit weeks. In all cases, the purchaser receives a recorded deed and a title insurance policy for the purchased unit week. All costs are included in the purchase price except for the annual maintenance fee (presently $ 450) due in January of each year. A $ 1,000 deposit is required to commence foreclosure proceedings on a Delinquent Owner unit week upon signing the Purchase Agreement and Closing Statement. The balance of $ 800 or $ 500 is due when The Association obtains clear title to the unit from the previous delinquent owner.
